Faceless — An Immersive Show
The Faceless — a prequel to an immersive show
based on Henrik Ibsen’s “Gengangere”
Photoshoot for the Immersive Show “Faceless”, a prequel to “The Revenants” and inspired by Henrik Ibsen’s “Gengangere”
“Faceless” is an immersive show created as a prequel to “The Revenants” and inspired by Henrik Ibsen’s play “The Revenants”. The narrative followed multiple intersecting storylines that explored the backstories and hidden motives of the main characters, expanding the world first introduced in “The Revenants”.
I was commissioned to create an official photo series for “Faceless”, photographing the actors in their show roles. This involved working on-site within the actual set to mirror the feeling of encountering these characters in the immersive environment. The resulting portraits focus on the visual identity and emotional essence of each character, reflecting the show’s dark, atmospheric world. These images were used across various promotional materials, including merchandise and the official website.
